Asterisk Question

Hi,
I am new to asterisk. I am working with trixbox.

I have two fxo cards and trixbox configured it automatically.

What I want to know is :

1. does Dialogic D/4PCI card support asterisk?
2. How to configure both fxo as different gateway? I want to route landline calls with first FXO card and mobile calls from second FXO card.
