I want to ask a question.I want to start a Forum on Php in which I can upload pics and different categories things like Music Etc Etc.Which Is the Best.Php nuke,PHPBB or any other.

phpBB distributed under GPL
phpNuke is download able but if you are using it commercially then you need Commerical License.
Vblutten is also proprity product.
