Hi
Are you trying to connect via wvdial? If so (and wvdialconf is not configuring your modem), creat a file /etc/wvdial.conf and paste the following lines, there;
Thanks

Assuming that your modem is at /dev/modem and dont forget to change the dialup, ISP username and ISP password in these lines. Also dont forget to install wvdial[Dialer Defaults]
Modem = /dev/modem
Baud = 115200
Init1 = ATZ
Init2 = Init2 = ATQ0 V1 E1 S0=0 &C1 &D2 +FCLASS=0
ISDN = 0
Modem Type = Analog Modem
Phone = your_ISP_dialup_number
Username = your_ISP_username
Password = your_ISP_password
#Ask Password = 1
Stupid Mode = 1
Thanks
