PHP Based Web Chat

Hey Guys
I am looking for a tutorial for a PHP Based Web Chat. I have seen a lot of tutorials on the web but they all use refresh based chatting. I want something that doesnot use flash and use javascript that do the trick. I am not perticularly against refresh based chatsystems but they should be good. So if anyone knows a good and simple chat Tutorial or may be a good commented code please forward it to me ... i will be thankful to u .

Its better to download the code from any site and study that code, one day you will create your own if you have good PHP skillz.
