nice work implementing delay pools...but i don't think if it is good to restrict bandwidth that way ..for some environment it would a perfect solution ..for example if there are 10 users for 256 Kbps accessing net simultaneously restricting them on 2.5kb isokay but when the number of users varies every time the restriction will spoil the bandwidth ...if there is any way to divide the total badnwidth on total number of user each time a new user logs in or exits from the services ? so that the bandwidth will not go waste .
