i m using centos 5.4 running squid as a Transparent proxy
browsing in my client pc working but chat softwares not connect
like , msn, mirc,yahoo,gmail etc

you need nat for that, not squid. although, most of the chat systems you listed will work over squid -- just look at their proxy settings.
