hai


how to connect a linux server in static ipaddress. In my office iam using internet connect is static ipaddress. i want to connect thru my house to server which is locating at my office.

You can use putty for connecting to remote linux boxes. A very easy to use ssh client.

hi


i can't use putty because in my server i have static ip it's not public ip

the is the main problem ..

well, that's funny. in your original post you didn't say anything about "public ip".

if you can't describe the problem, how do you expect us to describe the solution?

i think you mean private ip ( i.e 192.168.x.x. 10.0.x.x 172.16.x.x. ) ?

You need to explain a bit more. Open google.com search there for Public ip vs Private ip

And then let us know what you're talking/ asking about! Are you trying to SSH your *nix box through outside of your network or through your LAN?
