www.asterisk.org , to run call center professionaly you will be needing technial expertise in asterisk to make it work ..
1st tell me what type of call center you wana run .

for which country you need calling support...

Dear friend, you want to use PTCL lines for calling ... how many you will be making on daily basis and what will be your point of call ..
If you can let me know the scenario I can design the solution for your call center .... according to your budget ...

A computer with some latest linux distro (Cent OS/Fedora/Ubuntu). FXO/FXS card as per your requirement & Asterisk.. And some one who can configure it.
