Open Education Management System
Watching gibbons play is like nothing else on earth: they show astounding flexibility, speed, and grace as they swing, run, and jump. 14 Excellent Free LaTeX Books

LaTeX is a high-quality document preparation system and document markup language which was written by Leslie Lamport. It is a very mature system and has been in development for more than 20 years. It includes features designed for the production of technical and scientific documentation.

LaTeX is widely used in the publication of scientific documents in many disciplines, such as mathematics, statistics, physics, economics, political science. It helps an author produce professional looking documents, papers, and books that are beautifully typset. The formatted works are consistent, accurate, and resuable. It is particularly suited to the production of long articles and books, since it has facilities for the automatic numbering of chapters, sections, theorems, equations etc., and also has facilities for cross-referencing. LaTeX is not a WYSIWYG system.

Programming-Great Free Beginner Books

Post by aquiline »

  Programming-Great Free Beginner Books
Learning to code still remains a buzz. The problem facing any budding new programmer is how to start. Questions abound. What's the best programming language for a beginner? What's the best way to learn? A beginner might be tempted by reading books titled 'teach yourself [insert programming language] in 24 hours'. But don't be in such a rush. In my opinion, it is best to first get interested in programming, then seek out some experienced coders and discuss and discuss, and learn programming by doing, practising with lots of practical examples and the aid of an excellent introductory book.
