Well, I'm running a Cable Net setup at Lahore. Isit possible to limit bandwidth on each IP but different xxxKBPS. Like I want to limit bandwidth to IP 192.168.0.10 - 0.80, Each user get 8KBPS, and 192.168.0.81 - 0.140, Each user get 15KBPS.
Please let me know how isit possible? If through squid then how? if through tc then how? Also if it is possible to limit bandwidth through users MAC ADDRESS then how?

Hi
If you want to limit traffic only for Web then Use Delay Pool feature in Squid or if u want to limit total traffic for that specific IP & also want to give them some burst feature then use HTB.
Try to use HTB Tools. whichyou can find it @
